Yall. I finally finished Morning Meltdown Phase 1 for the second time. I was part of the early training group during the summer. When I decided to part ways as a coach, they took away access to the program that I paid $160 for.
Anyway, Phase 1 was completed at the end of last week.

I do use Energize (although less here lately because I’ve eliminated most caffeine). I do not use Shakeology. I have creatine, but I take it for heart health (yes, really…do your research).
I’m vegetarian and started that a year ago for heart health. I’m also dairy free because I’m allergic to cow’s milk. I weighed in today at 128…but that’s just a number overall. This time last year, I was 148.
